He keeps his sheep and lambs in the fields above Stow in the Scottish Borders but takes them inside at Muir House farm to have their wool cut. Wool and fleece was never a good business but with COVID-19 the price on wool has dropped and Stewart now loses up to 80p / sheep but the shearing has to be done for animal welfare reasons.
