Ambulances from both privately owned companies and the London Ambulance Service waiting in line outside the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel on 15th November 2023 in London, United Kingdom. It has been reported that queues of ambulances have been seen at many hospitals which are struggling to find beds due to the numbers of patients being brought in, with some patients being cared for in ambulances while they wait.
