Joshua Reynolds RA Statue

The statue of Sir Joshua Reynolds outside the Royal Academy in Piccadilly during the Summer Exhibition, on 25th Juy 2023, in London, England. This is a new cast of the original that was first exhibited outside the RA in 1904 and is an allegory of the human need for new challenges, of our instinct to always be scanning the horizon and the future. Sir Joshuas statue stands in the Annenberg Courtyard of Burlington House.
