The Metropolitan police formed a cordon around the Cenotaph to protect if from protestors in Westminster, London on the 11th of November 2023. The police allowed far right groups and football hooligans into the cordon area who have claimed they are there to protect the cenotaph from pro-Palestinian protestors.
