Business As Usual As London Anticipates Second Lockdown

As Londoners await the announcement of a second coronavirus lockdown it's business as usual in the West End with shoppers out and about and the pavements busy with people on what will be the last weekend before a month-long total lockdown in the UK on 31st October 2020 in London, United Kingdom. The three tier system in the UK has not worked sufficiently, to suppress the virus, and there have have been calls by politicians for a 'circuit breaker' complete lockdown to be announced to help the growing spread of the Covid-19.
