UK - Protest - Anti EDL and BNP fascist rally in London
Anti fascist demonstration in Whitechapel, Tower Hamlets, East London. This gathering was very peaceful and very mixed in terms of race, as local people stood together against proposed demonstration by the EDL. The national demo against the English Defence League organised by Unite Against Fascism in Tower Hamlets was held on the corner of Vallance Road and Whitechapel Road.
