Dr. Naresh Trehan is a celebrated Indian surgeon and medical administrator who since 1991 has served as personal surgeon to the President of India. Trehan is the Chairman and Managing Director of Medanta responsible for designing and building the state of the art Medicity in Gurgaon, India.

The Medicity, Gurgaon is India's most technologically advanced multi disciplinary hospital. Founded by India's leading cardiac surgeon, Dr Naresh Trehan, it will when completed also contain a medical school and 1600 beds with over 48 operating theatres.
