Southbank Security Evacuation

Following a reported unattended suspicious item in the Shell Building on the Southbank, thousands of members of the public are evacuated away from the area, on 15th February 2022, in London, England. The vicinity of the London Eye and Jubilee Gardens and including the London Aquarium were cleared of visitors, catering and entertainment venue staff and sent over Westminster Bridge in bad weather. Police officers closed three bridges before announcing it safe and re-opening roads and pavements.
