Vimara Peres Statue

The equestrian statue to ninth-century nobleman Vimara Peres outside the Cathedral de Se, on 21st July, in Porto, Portugal. Peres was from the Kingdom of Asturias and the first ruler of the County of Portugal who helped conquer the Moors.
